I have a 2016 Mazda 3. I have always gone to Lallo Mazda for maintenance and repairs, after almost 5 years of coming here I felt like it was time to leave a review. The people who work here are down to earth, knowledgeable, professional, and great people. It's always a breeze setting appointments and services are always thorough and always well done. Never once have I had an issue that they couldn't fix (not that I have many because they keep everything running perfectly). I appreciate that they also call to address anything that needs addressing and asks if you want to go ahead or not. Which for someone who doesn't always have extra cash around appreciates greatly.
Really happy there's still great places like this with people who really care about you and your vehicle. Will continue to come here for the foreseeable future.

A fantastic experience! Mat was so nice, straightforward, timely, prepared, honest, and made our whole experience very easy and quick. We arranged a great price via email, visited the dealership to sign the deal, and returned a few days later to pick up our shiny new CX-50. Highly recommend this dealership...ask for Mat!
