I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience buying a car here. Nathan welcomed me without pressuring me to buy the moment I walked in the door. He answered all my questions, went over my options and gave me the information I needed to make the decision on which car I wanted to purchase. Brian was fabulous as well explaining the financial end of things. Picking my car up was exciting. Loved the whole experience. Thank you Nathan, Brian and Mazda dealership. Definitely the best.

After researching I wanted the reliability of a Mazda I walked in and was greeted by Nathan. Phenomenal person very easy to get along with and pleasant to talk to. No games played and nothing hidden. Between Nathan and Brian I was treated with the utmost respect. I appreciate when people can make sales nice and easy and keep communication with every step. In 2023, I purchased a CX-5 from another Mazda dealership, and recently I started looking to upgrade to a 2026 model. Unfortunately, when we returned to that original dealership, we had a very negative experience. We felt pressured by sales tactics and didn’t feel the process was transparent. As a result we started considering other car brands, even though I truly love my CX-5.
After realizing that other SUVs just didn’t compare, we decided to give Achilles Mazda a try since we recently moved to Brantford, and I’m so glad we did! Brian, our sales associate, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire sales process. There were no hidden fees and everything was explained thoroughly.
We were offered a very generous trade-in value that was way more than we expected. The dealership may not make much (if anything) off my trade, but they explained that their goal was to keep us as Mazda customers and build a positive, long-term relationship since we’re local. That level of honesty and care really stood out to us as car dealerships are typically looking out for themselves first.
The experience was truly night and day compared to the other Mazda dealership. Even my boyfriend, who used to work in car sales and isn’t typically a fan of Mazda (crazy!), said the experience was so good that he would consider buying a Mazda from Achilles.
