Had a leak in a tire and the service department was able to squeeze me in despite being booked solid for service. Friendly staff, tire is working perfect, and the other customers in the waiting area had only great things to say about the service department here. Another great Mazda service experience!
I went into get my key fob looked at on a Saturday. Little did I know that they had closed 20 minutes before I got there. Needless to say, they welcomed me in and I asked about the service Desk. Unfortunately the service desk was already closed but Brian, one of the sales staff said, "Wait, let me see if I can fix it so you don't have to come back in this week". Brian was amazing and I can't express the level of customer service and appreciation for going above and beyond. Really appreciate how I was treated and looked after from a department that did not need to or was not required to step in, but did. Thanks a lot.
brought my 04' RX8 in earlier today to get the heating fixed. to my luck? the mechanic also drives the exact same car, so he knew exactly what was wrong (turns out i put a couple wires in backwards when installing a carplay system into the car) the gentlemen behind the desk was also very polite and complimented my car. 10/10 and should anything else need doing i know where I'm bringing the old girl.
A fantastic experience! Mat was so nice, straightforward, timely, prepared, honest, and made our whole experience very easy and quick. We arranged a great price via email, visited the dealership to sign the deal, and returned a few days later to pick up our shiny new CX-50. Highly recommend this dealership...ask for Mat! A great experience!
